a few changes to the family bbq day have been made, so please spread the word!
plan on coming to 10:45AM service on Sunday, August 30. won't it be great to actually see each other in a weekend service?! it seems we rarely see other MnM moms in services, so how cool will it be if we take up an entire section of the sanctuary? (or the cry-room, if that's your pace.)
then, stay for a picnic/bbq lunch in the park right after service. you can load up the cooler before church and throw it in the trunk... and by the time church is out at 12:15, you'll be ready to dig in to some good treats, let the kids run for an hour or two and then head home for a good long nap to round out a perfect sunday with the fam.

figured this might be better than waiting for nappers to wake up late in the afternoon - and better for families who don't live in the danville/san ramon area so they don't have to make the drive out twice in one day. AND we need to make use of that amazing park right next door - it's a jewel! - why don't we do this every sunday?!
